Christine is the founder of Flow Pilates + Social, a space for wellness and movement located in beautiful Bracebridge, the heart of Muskoka. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Christine developed a passion for Pilates after experiencing its transformative effects on her own body and mind.

A certified Power Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor, Christine is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can explore and enhance their physical well-being.

Christine’s vision for Flow is to foster a supportive community that empowers members to achieve their personal health goals.

Christine believes that Pilates is not just an exercise method, it's also a way to cultivate strength, flexibility and self-awareness. Flow offers a variety of classes tailored to meet the needs of every client, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Through her dedication and passion, Christine inspires others to embrace a healthier lifestyle and to find balance in their lives.

Elora grew up in the beautiful Muskoka region, where a passion for movement began early as a competitive gymnast. After retiring from gymnastics, she maintained an active lifestyle, exploring outdoor activities and regularly hitting the gym. Driven to understand movement mechanics, Elora pursued a degree in Kinesiology at Wilfred Laurier where she also became a fitness instructor. During this time Elora discovered a love for coaching and guiding individuals through their fitness journeys. Transitioning into personal training, she focused on weight training while also teaching spin and strength classes, helping clients reach their goals through diverse training methods. Personal struggles with low back pain highlighted the importance of more targeted strength, mobility, and flexibility in addition to weightlifting. Discovering Pilates transformed her approach to fitness, providing a deeper understanding and appreciation for functional movement. Elora noticed improvements in her back pain, hip mobility, core, and overall fitness. Elora is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with others, aiming to help more individuals achieve their own strength and functionality in life.

Born and raised in Bracebridge, Alysha developed a passion for movement through gymnastics and dance. During university, she fell in love with Pilates and after spending the past six months on the West Coast teaching group mat Pilates classes, hiking, running, and exploring everything BC has to offer, she is thrilled to be back in her hometown. Alysha is excited to continue sharing her love for Pilates with the community.

Petek Kucuktuzen Nia, originally from Turkey, has been dedicated to yoga and Pilates since 2000. With a Bachelor of Education degree and extensive training from top international instructors, she blends her background in dance, movement, and spirituality to create a unique teaching style.

Her certifications include Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga (750+ hours combined), Barre/Pilates (200+ hours), Meditation and Pranayama training in India, Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga

A Grandmaster Reiki practitioner and teacher with over 20 years of experience, Petek offers therapeutic programs combining Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Breath work, and Thai massage to enhance strength, relaxation, and mindfulness. Her goal is to help others discover strength, peace, balance, confidence, and joy through movement and self-awareness.
