How often should I attend Pilates classes?
The frequency of classes varies depending on your fitness goals and schedule, but we highly recommend to take at least 2 classes weekly.
What types of Pilates classes do you offer?
We offer various reformer and mat classes for different levels and goals.
How long is each session?
Our Private, Semi and Group Sessions are 50 minutes.
Can I join a group class if I have specific health concerns or injuries?
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider first, then our instructors to determine the best class for your needs. We offer modifications and can tailor exercises to accommodate various conditions

We offer various packages to suit different needs, including single Group and Private classes.
How can I book and pay for classes?
You can book group classes here and pay online. Private, Semi-Private and Small Group sessions can only be booked by sending an email/text or by speaking to someone directly.
Do you offer discounts for multiple classes or referrals?
Yes, we have special offers for Intro packages and private sessions. Please check our pricing page or contact us for details.
