Advance registration is required

Register in advance of your lesson or class (either online or by speaking with someone directly). We run classes that have at least 2 people signed up 24 hours before class. Classes with less than 2 people enrolled 24 hours prior, will be cancelled. If you’ve signed up and class is cancelled, you will be given the option of taking a private lesson at a considerable discount, or having your credit returned to your account. There are NO DROP INS.

NO SHOW/Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes, duets and private lessons. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your session and you have a Class package or Membership, one class credit will be deducted from your package. Some exceptions will be given depending on circumstances.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Class schedules will be released on the 25th of every month. We encourage booking in advance. Classes are subject to change without notice. Sign up for email or text to keep up to date of any changes.

Before/After your session

To minimize congestion while transitioning between clients, we ask that you please wait in the designated area if you arrive early. We ask that you keep voices low, before and after class so as not to disrupt others in progress.

Clean Up

We ask that you please wipe down everything used or touched throughout your lesson. A disinfectant spray bottle and towel is provided at every station.

Cell Phones

Please turn your cell phone to silent or power off so as not to disturb the class/session. If there is an important call you are waiting for and must take, please inform your teacher in advance of the class/session.

Grippy Socks are MANDATORY

Grippy socks are mandatory. Socks are very helpful in safely connecting you to your apparatus. If you do not own a pair of grippy socks, we have a selection to choose from at the front desk. Shoes are not to be worn in the reformer/mat areas.
