HIIT FLOW

Our Barre-Pilates class, will blend the core-strengthening and lengthening techniques of Pilates with the high-energy, toning movements of Barre. This class is designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body, with a focus on building a powerful core, toned legs, and lifted glutes.
