Mother of two beautiful girls and fur babies alike, Cara has been a natural mover from the beginning. Learning how to swim and surf at a young age mixed with the movement of yoga became a certified yoga instructor and SUP Paddle board Yoga instructor. Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as yoga for children, Cara loves to share her knowledge and spirit for the importance and beauty of these practices. Reaching others deeply and spiritually on a physical level is something she craves to bring a higher vibration and overall positivity to our beautiful Muskoka!
